Dr Lydia Yong is an orthodontist registered with the Singapore Dental Council. She obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from NUS in 2010 and graduated with a Masters degree in Orthodontics from NUS in 2015. She also obtained her Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She has been practising orthodontics as a specialty since.
With keen interest in growth modification, functional orthodontics and Invisalign, she has been continuously upgrading her professional skills by attending dental seminars locally and overseas. An example is the 7th Yonsei International Mini-Residency for Advanced Orthodontics that she attended in 2017. Dr Yong was also awarded the first prize in Research poster competition for the Association of Orthodontists (Singapore) conference in 2015.
Dr Lydia Yong is a member of Singapore Dental Association and the Association of Orthodontists (Singapore).
