Dr Cyntia graduated from National University of Singapore with Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Afterwards, she began honing her expertise in community and pediatric dentistry, serving at National University Polyclinics, Health Promotion Board and School Dental Service. She also practiced advanced general dentistry at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and National University Centre for Oral Health, where she accumulated experience in managing wide range of dental conditions alongside different specialists across various departments.
Her practice philosophy is based on preventive care and she considers patient education as key in their journey towards good oral health. She believes in shared decision-making and ensures that her patient’s treatment plans are tailored to their individual needs. Dr Cyntia enjoys attending local and international conferences to keep abreast of current best practices and is a member of both College of General Dental Practitioners Singapore and Singapore Dental Association. She values giving back to the community and has had the opportunity to volunteer in local projects and dental mission trips abroad.
In her free time, Dr Cyntia enjoys reading, practicing yoga and spending time with her family.
