Dr Shanelle Kua attained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the National University of Singapore in 2012 and is a member of the Singapore Dental Association (SDA) and College of General Dental Practitioners (CGDP).
Following graduation, she served various stints in the public health sector and was a Dental Officer in Singhealth Polyclinics, National University Hospital, Singapore Armed Forces, and the School Dental Services. She was the Dental Officer-in-Charge at the Military Medicine Institute and Paya Lebar Air Base.
Her breadth and depth of experience enables her to treat patients of different age groups and manage complex medical conditions with ease. She believes that every individual is unique and tailors dental treatment to suit their needs. She finds joy interacting with her patients and her cheerful and pleasant disposition allows her patients to feel comfortable and at ease.
Dr Kua firmly believes in continuing professional development and regularly attends dental courses and conferences to hone her skills and keep abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and is a foodie at heart.
